TGIF!

I'm ba-a-a-a-ack.....I think.

Have to admit, it's been surreal, this past month. Learning about "life after Jim", making adjustments, paperwork, swimming up out of various mental fogs, more paperwork, following up on stuff, closing on loans, paperwork, transferring accounts, huh?-just *what* is it I do at work?, paperwork, convincing the insurance company that the ambulance was *indeed for an emergency*, and it's been a month, and I'm STILL not sure I've taken care of everything...., oh, and did I mention the *paperwork*??

The kicker is always the stuff that went immediately into *limbo* - like, how do you transition a vehicle title, when the title was turned in to the bank awaiting release-of-lein at the start of the refinancing, and the release-of-lein is slow to arrive from Ford Credit, and then all of a sudden your life changes....*sigh*. At least all THAT stuff is fixed.

But, there are things to smile about, too. Taking Jim's "box" out for Miata rides on some of the most-gorgeous Miata days on his favorite routes. Being with family here in town and Up North. Making sure that "Jim" has a view from the front upstairs window at the Cabin. Dogz that are snuggly. Hugs-hugs-hugs. Getting the house straightened up (well, ok, we're getting a good start on that - long way to go, still). Cool nights. Getting Harry Potter Book 6 read (wow!! so, when's Book 7 coming out??)
